A little bit about me ...
I’m a Certified One of many® Women’s Coach and Trainer – so when it comes to knowing these tools and using them they’re almost second nature.
What I’m going to share with you is based on spending decades working in corporate roles where managing my time (and that of others’) was fundamental to not only my career development, but also my sanity. I’ve taken the tools from my coach training and aligned them with other techniques that I use in my business.
As much as I love my business, I also love spending time reading, stand-up paddle boarding or hanging out with my husband and Cockapoo.
